Analysis of the privatization status of SE “Ukrspyrt”: Stoppage of the process Certain aspects in 2024! loss of budget revenues! threat to employees and creditors! and prospects for sale by a single property complex
So! almost half a year ago! as part of this material! we investigated the privatization status of the former monopolist! the State Enterprise “Ukrspyrt” (as of early September 2024). In short! the initiative of the President of Ukraine had the following indicators:
The following assets remained “in operation”:
Kovalivske! Martynovske! Certain aspects mom data Dubovyazivske! Zaluchanske! Pidhaichykivske! Novoborovitske! Manikovetske and Chemerske MPDs! as well as the management of the enterprise.
Have there been any changes in these statuses? As a lawyer! I will give the answer in the following wording: “I personally know nothing about any changes and work in these areas.” Instead! time passes! property depreciates! and the INTERESTS of investors are lost.
I suggest considering in more detail the INTERESTS of the subjects of the relevant legal relations (the list is conditional and can be changed by anyone at their own discretion).

Interests of the State of Ukraine

I would like to separately note that of these! we have about UAH 1 billion received by the budget since 2022 from the sale of NON-WORKING assets (i.e. those that have not carried out any economic activity for many years! while constantly increasing the state-owned enterprise’s creditors).
